Special Orders, Sale Items, and Layaways are not returnable. All listed prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Layaway

We are happy to offer free layaway for a period of up to 90 days. A deposit of 25% will be applied to your credit card with an additional 25% applied to your credit card every 30 days until paid in full.

Layaways may not be canceled for refund, exchange, or credit after 7 days of initial deposit. We also offer extended layaway for a nominal fee. Contact us toll free at 1-800-731-3090 to place your layaway order or to ask for more details.

Pre-Orders

No deposit is required when pre-ordering with My Doll Shop. However a valid credit card number is required at time of order. If paying by check, a 15% deposit is required. Your order will automatically be charged and shipped when stock arrives at My Doll Shop. If pre-orders are cancelled, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. NSF checks will incur a $25.00 service fee.

Colors

We do our best to accurately portray the colors of the products shown on this site. Because the colors you see are dependent upon the settings of your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed by your monitor will be accurate.

Guarantee and Returns

Our products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. Should a product not meet your expectations, merchandise may be returned for an exchange to My Doll Shop within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the merchandise is returned in its original mint condition with all original packaging and the billing documents.

Closeout, sale and discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be authorized before you send the item back - shipments returned without an authorization number will not be credited. Contact us at mydollshop@aol.com or by telephone 1-800-731-3090 for an authorization number. Ship returns to My Doll Shop, 443 N. Donnelly St., Mt. Dora, Florida 32757 with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining why you are returning the product. Credit will be granted to customers as soon as merchandise is received and checked less the restocking charge.
